Our fees

Our firm's mission is to provide you with services tailored to your legal and tax needs, while respecting your budget. Within our firm, payment terms are established in advance, with complete transparency. We distinguish four billing methods:

• Time spent:

Setting fees based on time spent involves calculating the time actually spent by our firm on a case. However, since the firm and the client are unable to determine precisely and in advance the duration of a service (negotiation, procedure, etc.), we agree with our client, via a written service proposal, on an hourly billing amount that will be based on the time spent and the complexity of the case.

The Firm, however, undertakes to communicate with the client the hourly rate applied and the expected time that the firm will have to devote to the file. We also undertake to ensure that the time-based fees are monitored and communicated to the client.

• Package :

The fixed fee setting is the subject of an agreement drawn up and signed between the client and the Firm.

Fees are determined at the outset of the case, according to the firm's scale. They include all the work required for your case, including consulting, negotiation, drafting, and more.

In the event of a fixed fee, no excess can be made without the client's agreement.

• Permanent assistance contract:

The permanent assistance contract is a subscription allowing companies to pay a fixed periodic sum (usually annually) in order to receive advice and assistance from the Firm. Its purpose is to establish a real bond of trust with the company over time in order to better defend its interests, in a more efficient and responsive manner. Advice, prevention, simple contract templates, answers to legal questions faced by companies, the permanent assistance contract allows you to benefit from legal assistance and support on a daily basis, the client thus benefiting from access to the Firm's services, the responsiveness and skills of our employees in their respective areas of intervention.

The success fee is an additional fee. It is set upon the case being taken on, by mutual agreement between the firm and the client, and is added to the base fee. This additional fee represents a percentage of the sums that our firm's intervention enabled the client to obtain. It can also represent a percentage of the savings made by the client upon closing their case.

When the client wins the case amicably, the Firm will receive a percentage of the winnings. The rate of this percentage will be stated in the fee agreement previously signed between the client and the Firm.
